Yes, there is a transfer fee of $395.00 on an individual Custom Package. Have other Loan Officers in my area purchased the program? Possibly but with over 35 million small to mid sized companies out there chances are you won't run into any of them. I can't locate my registration number for my Custom Package, what do I do? Your registration number was included with your original emailed purchase receipt, if you can't find it. You may not have Adobe Reader or have an outdated version. There are several areas on our site to download the latest free version of Adobe Reader. If I ordered the custom product, can I see a proof of my materials before they are mailed out to me? No, we cannot offer a proof of your materials to you at this time. It is very important that you enter all of your custom information carefully, as that is what we use to produce your custom program materials. If I purchase one product, can my entire office use the one I bought? No, each product is licensed to the individual purchaser. But we do offer "Branch" or "Enterprise" packages; email us at sales@workplacemortgagesolutions.com for more information. Is the Equal Housing logo on all the materials? Yes, we place it on all the materials for you. You do not need to upload the logo. What if I need to change some information in my custom package?
