Custom Package

Due to the customized nature of our products, refunds will only be given before the product is shipped. If you have uploaded your Customization Requirements, a $100 handling/restocking fee will apply. Any refund request will need to be made in writing within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Basic Package

If the CD is returned with the seal intact, then a refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt of your written request and unopened CD. We will deduct a $50 re-stocking fee from your original purchase price.
